Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Scope
Clearpass is offered only to businesses and professionals managing contractor documentation. By using the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Account
You are responsible for account access, the accuracy of submitted information, and activity performed through your workspace. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass its security.
3. Service
Clearpass organises documents and reminders. It does not verify insurance coverage, provide legal advice, or decide whether a contractor may work. You remain responsible for compliance decisions.
4. Subscription
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and taxes are shown before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant us the limited rights required to store, process, and display it to provide the service. You must have the right to upload personal and business information.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid during the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risks. You may cancel at any time. Export important records before closure.
8. Operator details
The legal operator name, registration number, address, contact email, hosting details, and governing law must be completed by the business owner before accepting payments. Until then, Clearpass remains a public product preview.
