What we process

We process account identity, organisation and vendor records, uploaded document metadata, billing status, security logs, support messages, and essential cookie preferences. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Clearpass.

Why

Data is used to provide and secure the service, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Hosting, authentication, storage, payment, and email providers process limited data on our instructions. A production launch must name each provider and document international transfer safeguards.

Retention

Workspace records are kept while the account is active and for a limited backup and legal-retention period after closure. Security logs may be retained separately to prevent fraud and investigate incidents.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, people may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. Organisation administrators control business records. Required legal and security data may be retained where necessary.

Contact and operator

The operator’s legal identity, postal address, privacy contact, registration information, and any data-protection representative must be added before accepting customers. Clearpass currently operates as a product preview.
