Refund Policy

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancelling prevents the next renewal and service continues until the current paid period ends.

Exceptions

This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. We will correct duplicate charges, fraudulent charges confirmed by the payment provider, and billing errors. If mandatory law requires a refund, that law applies.

Trials

A trial may be cancelled before it converts to a paid plan. The checkout page must clearly show the trial end date and first charge before payment details are submitted.

Requests

Billing questions should be sent through the support contact shown in the customer space. Include the invoice number, but never send full card details.
